Construction Update: August 2 to August 15, 2012

Henley Construction Company reports that they have:
  • finished backfill around the north end;
  • continued backfill work at the basement area;
  • completed waterproofing up to the brick shelf at the basement area;
  • completed the foundation drain at the basement foundation;
  • continued installing mechanical hangers in all areas, and
  • started the second floor electrical roughins at the slab on deck.

The construction project has been underway for 239 days.

Construction Update: July 19 to August 1, 2012

Henley Construction Company reports that they have:
  • continued setting steel at the north end;
  • finished damp proofing the north end;
  • arranged for inspection of the basement waterproofing work;
  • started wall rough-ins for the basement;
  • began backfill at the north end;  and
  • started installing mechanical hangers at the north end and in existing areas.

The construction project has been underway for 225 days.

Construction Update: July 5 to July 18, 2012

Henley Construction Company reports that they have:
  • continued to set stee in the north end;
  • continued to reinforce steel at the existing structures;
  • reworked the legs on the Walkercell for concrete slab thickness;
  • continued electrical rough-ins at the new electrical room;
  • relocated the main water service line; and
  • started water and damp proofing at the north end.

The construction project has been underway for 211 days.

Construction Update: June 21 to July 4, 2012

Henley Construction Company reports that they have:
  • prepared and poured the slab in the north end;
  • finished underground plumbing in the north end under the new slab;
  • finished underground electrical at the new slab except for the area where the new security gates will be located;
  • set the joist, steel, and floor deck at the basement area; 
  • installed electrical rough-ins in slab on deck at the basement area; 
  • started setting steel at the north end; and
  • worked on existing steel reinforcement.

The construction project has been underway for 196 days.
