Henley Construction has reported that they have:
- Completed intumescent fireproofing and repairs, 1st-3rd floors
- Installed all exterior doors/frames (building is locked and secure)
- Continued fiber cement panel installation
- Completed standing seam/centria wall panel installation
- Completed exterior curtainwall/storefront
- Begun ceramic wall tile at bathroom walls
- Continued hanging drywall, all areas
- Finished sprinkler rough ins
- Continued duct installation, south end
- Finished framing elevator shaft, began hanging drywall
- Finished water quality facility #1
- Begun water quality facility #2
