On Wednesday, October 7th, Gaithersburg Library is pleased to host a special evening with international bestselling author Frederick Forsyth.  Forsyth will discuss his newest work, a memoir titled The Outsider: My Life in Intrigue.

Forsyth, known for popular suspense thrillers such as The Day of the Jackal and The Kill List, draws from his fascinating life experiences as a pilot for the Royal Air Force and as a BBC and Reuters journalist in his fictional works, but his personal experiences, which he describes in his new memoir, have proven to be just as exciting and intriguing.

This free event is presented by the Gaithersburg Book Festival and the Politics & Prose Bookstore. A book signing by Forsyth will follow the book talk. Copies of The Outsider will be on sale during the event.

Doors open at 6:30 PM and the event starts at 7 PM, but arrive early.

More information available on the Gaithersburg Book Festival website. You can also call Gaithersburg Library at 240.773.9490.
